Kelly Russo - Director

Kelly Russo, also known as Miss Kelly. I started my career at footsteps to Learning in 2011 as a teacher. I taught the 3 and 4 year old program. With an education in early childhood, I continue on with a plan of study to earn my masters 

I have a wonderful supportive family behind me through this whole journey. My husband Brian and our two sons Jake and Bradley. Without them my dream of owning and operating footsteps to Learning could have never happened. 

After Miss Mella decided to retire, she chose us to continue her amazing legacy. Brian and I became the new owners and I became the new director of Footsteps to Learning in May 2022. It has been a true blessing and an incredible dream come true. 

I continue to follow Miss Mella’s Philosophy with; “Preschool is a journey not a race”
